Yet this data remains fragmented\, inconsistently defined\, and costly to reconcile. \nThis panel introduces a new Open Data Consortium under The Linux Foundation to address these challenges through shared governance\, open standards\, and collaboratively maintained datasets. \nThe consortium focuses on building an open global entity graph\, a structured dataset linking organizations\, legal entities\, locations\, and people. Sourced from verified public records\, this resource supports Know Your Business (KYB)\, Know Your Customer (KYC)\, anti money laundering (AML)\, risk management\, and artificial intelligence workflows. \nPanelists will explore how to build and sustain this shared asset\, including data definitions\, standards development\, governance models\, and balancing openness\, privacy\, and commercial participation.
